Ingredients Fruit pieces , Bananas , Grapes Shrikhund , Bananas , Dates , Walnuts , Water , Raisins Decoration , Nuts and seeds of your choice (I used pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds) , Apricots
Method 1. Cut the bananas and grapes into small pieces in a large mixing bowl 2. Shrikhund - blend some bananas, walnuts, small amount of water, and dates (I used only one date as the other fruit is also sweet) into a thick yoghurty paste 3. Add the paste and some raisins to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly 4. Dish out into serving bowls 5. Decorate with nuts and apricot slices and a few raisins. 6. Eat immediately as banana will start to color if left for long
